Shipping:
Orders shipped to outside from EU must go through customs controls and clearance procedures upon arrival, which may cause delays.
Any taxes or duties applied by customs will be payable by you. Please contact your local customs office for further details on current import restrictions and duty rates.

Returns:
We have a 14 day returns policy, from the day you receive your order. This applies to full priced and sale items.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
We don’t accept returns or claims of INES items bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
Please send us an email with your order number to contact@inesaquino.com and we will send you an attachment with the new shipping label.
If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
